How auto-update works

  • Apple Calendar refreshes every few hours by default.
  • Google Calendar refreshes about once a day.
  • Outlook refreshes hourly when running, daily otherwise.
  • To get faster updates, change the refresh interval in your calendar app's settings (look for the subscription or "Refresh" option).
